Middleweight sensation John Duddy (11-0, 10 KOs) is scheduled to clash with Joe "The Assassin" Brady (13-4-1, 6 KOs) in an eight round headliner this coming Saturday night (September 17) at the Dana Barros Sports Complex in Mansfield, MA. The undefeated 26 year old Irishman Duddy, fighting out of Queens, NY has a number of spectacular wins to his credit, recently pummeling Patrick Coleman (29-11) on July 22nd, in an eight round TKO witnessed by the boxing world on ESPN2's Friday Night Fights. Coleman, who in 1999 had beaten the now former WBA welterweight champ Jose Rivera, came to fight that night -- but Duddy came to win. Before Coleman, Duddy notched another unanimous eight round decision over Patrick Thompson on the June undercard to Miguel Angel Cotto's WBO light welterweight title win over Mohamad Abdulaev at Madison Square Garden.
