Emanuel Augustus has informed Fightnews that his promoter Lou DiBella is working hard on getting the contracts signed for a proposed fight in October versus hard punching Herman "Black Panther" Ngoudjo (11-0 8 kos) for his NABF light welterweight title. If the fight takes place it would be in Herman's backyard of Montreal, Canada. Ngoudjo was born and raised in Camerroon, Africa but now resides in Montreal. Emanuel stressed to Fightnews that he will not take a step back and fight low level opposition or unranked after his classy knockout win over Ray "Sucra" Oliveira. The unbeaten Ngoudjo is ranked #11 by the WBC and is a target in Augustus' sights.
